Music City Protection provides a class to meet and exceed the requirements/curriculum for Armed Security Guard Training, preparing you for armed security registration in the State of Tennessee. This 2 day course is offered on scheduled Saturdays and Sundays. Explore the curriculum and exceed the requirements for acquiring your security guard license in Tennessee.

*** If you currently have your UNARMED GUARD CERT and want to Upgrade to ARMED GUARD, the cost is $120.
*** If you currently have you ARMED CERT and need to renew, the cost is $60

Reliable Handgun (the one you intend to carry on duty) additional firearms may be added for an additional cost
Reliable Gun Holster
2 Pistol Magazines or Revolver Speed loaders
Magazine/Speed loader Pouch
100 Rounds of Practice Ammunition
Ear and Eye Protection (limited supplies will be available)

Fees:

Application – $105
Digital Fingerprinting – $32.50
Renewal (2 Years) – $60
Late Renewal (Per Month or a Portion of a Month) – $20
Duplicate Fees – Security Guard/Officer/Armed – must submit (2) color passport-style photos with a request for a duplicate. – $25
